BARCELONA KUNUNUA WACHEZAJI TATU KUTOKA STAMFORD BRIDGE, MERILES,DAVID LUIZ NA IVANOVIC

Barcelona Look to Conduct Triple Chelsea Raid

Nou Camp boss keen on Stamford Bridge stars.

According to Mundo Deportivo Barcelona boss Tito Vilanova has earmarked moves for Chelsea defenders David Luiz and Branislav Ivanovic as he looks to beef up his defensive options this summer.
The Nou Camp side have had to play players out of position over the past couple of seasons as the likes of Carles Puyol and Gerard Pique have struggled with injuries and with Eric Abidal not certain to make a comeback following a liver transplant it seems sensible for Vilanova to plan for a defensive signing or two.
Other targets named by this source include Matts Hummels and Thiago Silva but moves to bring either of the Blues pair could prove easier to secure. Roman Abramovich will surely fight off advances for any of his top performers as the Chelsea owner looks to continue to flex his financial muscles having already snapped up Marko Marin and Eden Hazard for a combined fee in the region of £38m.
Chelsea brought in Gary Cahill to help beef up their central defensive options but David Luiz is still a player with a Stamford Bridge future.
Adaptable Serbian international Ivanovic may find his first team chances increasingly given that Jose Bosingwa has been released leaving the West London side short on right back options. However the 28 year old may be the more likely of the Chelsea duo to be snapped up by the Catalan giants.
