Earlier I reported that Che Mills (13-4) was the 10th Brit added to the UFC 138 card. At that time, he did NOT have an opponent named, but that has all changed now as it is official that he will battle Mr. Whoo himself, Chris Cope (5-1). The fight announcement came from the FIGHT LOUNGE during the broadcast of the Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Henderson event on Saturday Night.
Cope, who made a name for himself on this past season of the Ultimate Fighter was a recent guest on the MMA Affiliates Radio program and said that he was recovering from a hand injury. He obviously is ready to get back in the cage over in Birmingham, England. This should be a GREAT fight and I am looking forward to it.
