Berbicara tentang kesuksesan, pasti setiap dari kita selalu menginginkannya. Namun, apakah sukses datang dengan sendirinya? dan seberapa besar tanggung jawab yang diambil jika kita menginginkan kesuksesan? Untuk meraih kesuksesan dibutuhkan keberanian dan tanggung jawab. Semakin besar tanggung jawab yang berani diambil, maka semakin besar sukses yang akan dapat kita raih.

Orang yang melihat permasalahan itu sulit, akan mengatakan “Itu bukan urusan saya”. Sementara di lain pihak, orang yang melihat suatu permasalahan yang sama dan mengatakan “Saya akan menjadikan hal itu menjadi urusan saya, dan saya akan melakukan sesuatu”. Dari permasalahan di atas, siapa di antara keduanya yang akan sukses?.

Dari berbagai alasan, dan beberapa di antaranya adalah alasan yang sempurna untuk kita tidak mengambil tanggung jawab. Lalu mengapa ada orang yang mau memilih untuk mengambil tanggung jawab?.

Terkadang sebagian dari kita akan berpikir, dengan mengambil tanggung jawab berarti kita akan memilih untuk mencapai sesuatu, memilih untuk sukses, dan memilih untuk membuat perbedaan yang ada. Setiap dari kita bisa saja hidup tenang tanpa mengambil tanggung jawab, tetapi apakah hidup kita hanya untuk numpang lewat?.

Setiap dari kita yang memilih untuk sukses, kita akan berani mengambil kesempatan untuk bertanggung jawab. Buatlah pilihan yang mendukung kita untuk sukses dan berhasil dengan rasa tanggung jawab. Pilih untuk bertanggung jawab, semoga kita akan meraih kesuksesan.

Homens de Preto 3 terá aliens anos 50 e 60

Homens de Preto 3 terá aliens "retrô", de acordo com o maquiador do filme, Rick Baker.

Depois de muitos anos depois do Homens de Preto 2, enfim está sendo filmado a continuação deste grande filme e que fez muito sucesso.

Will Smith e Tommy Lee Jones retornam no terceiro filme da franquia de ficção científica, que vai mostrar o Agente J (Smith) voltando ao passado para encontrar uma versão mais jovem do Agente K, de Jones, interpretado por Josh Brolin.

O filme tem tudo para ser muito bom, com a tecnologia de imagem de hoje em dia será muito bom, e ainda podendo assistir o filme no seu melhor 3D. Vai ser legal ver os Aliens do passado.

 "O que é legal é que terá uma viagem no tempo como um elemento do filme", diz Rick Barker.

"Onde eu me diverti é que vamos voltar para a sede dos Homens de Preto nos anos 60. A primeira coisa que eu disse é que deveríamos ter aliens retrô, não aliens de 2012. Mais baseado em filmes B dos anos 50 e 60. Então, um monte deles é baseado nisso. Cabeças em forma de aquário, figurinos espaciais e armas que soltam raios", acrescentou.

Homens de Preto 3 vai estrear também em IMAX 3D nos cinemas no dia 25 de maio de 2012.

Pesquisas revelam que quase todo mundo já traiu na vida

Os dados estão na revista "VIP", em relatório preparado pelo Departamento de Pesquisa e Inteligência de Mercado da Editora Abril, que escutou 1.678 pessoas de 20 a 40 anos, das classes A, B e C.

Ainda segundo o mesmo estudo, 73% dos homens e 64% das mulheres já traíram alguma vez na vida.

Aposto que todo mundo vai pensar que já foi traído agora o.O. E os motivos de tanta traição em volta do mundo não fogem muito do contesto real, algumas mulheres dizem ser o 'emocional', mais o que lidera mesmo é a famosa que, apareceu a oportunidade e foi incontrolável segurar.

E o mais comum entre todos os fatos de traição, são entre amigos e colegas de trabalho, pense duas vezes agora se seu/sua colega de trabalho de olhar meio diferente.

E o resumo incrível de tudo isso é que, 53% das mulheres e 50% dos homens no final acabaram perdoando o seu parceiro. E você perdoaria?

O primeiro vídeo trailer do filme foi divulgado a 2 meses atrás, e só agora foi divulgado o trailer oficial do filme, com um mês antes da estréia.

E para aqueles que adoram um bom filme de Terror/Suspense o Atividade Paranormal 3 parece que vai agradar bastante gente. Eu que adoro bastante filmes desse gênero admito que o trailer do filme me deixou bastante na vontade de assistir.

O filme também mostrará acontecimentos do primeiro e do segundo filme, e que pelo trailer, parece que este filme está bem mais 'pesado' que os outros anteriores.

A produção continua sendo de Oren Peli, criador do primeiro filme. O roteiro é de Christopher B. Landon (Atividade Paranormal 2, Paranoia) e a direção é de Henry Joost (do documentário Catfish) e Ariel Schulman (do curta Family Tree).

Como eu já tinha mencionado a notícia que o Ashton Kutcher tinha traído a sua mulher em uma boate, e mais notícias apareceram, não se sabe se é apenas rumores mas, as revistas estão publicando como uma 'quase' certeza.

E ainda há mais rumores de que a Demi Moore já não suporta a infidelidade do marido, pelo menos é essa informação que está bombando nas notícias nos EUA.

Walter Payton Described as Drug Abusing Adulterer in Upcoming life history: According to a new life history, the late Walter Payton a legendary Chicago Bears running back nicknamed “Sweetness” by fans and teammates alike was addicted to painkillers throughout and later his playing career, engaged in a lot of extramarital affairs, fought depression and considered suicide just earlier his death from bile duct cancer in 1999. The book, titled “Sweetness: The Enigmatic Life of Walter Payton,” is the 2 and a half year project of Jeff Pearlman, a former “Sports Illustrated” senior writer, who claims to have interviewed nearly 700 hundred people during its making. In an excerpt from the book over at SI.com, Pearlman details Payton’s addiction to pain meds, writing: The burden of loneliness and his marriage were not Payton’s only troubles. As a player he had numbed his maladies with pills and liquids, usually supplied by the Bears. Payton popped Darvon robotically during his playing days, says [his agent Bud] Holmes, ‘I would see him walk out of the locker room with jars of painkillers, and he had eat them like they were a snack,’ and also lathered his body with dimethyl sulfoxide, a topical analgesic generally used to treat horses. Now that he was retired, the self-medicating only intensified.” Walter was pounding his body with medication,” Holmes said. “I wish I knew how bad it was, but at the time I actually did not. According to the book, in 1988 Payton visited dentist offices complaining of tooth pain. He secured a lot of prescriptions for morphine but raised red flags with at least one pharmacist, who called police. Payton was visited by officers but accepted only a warning. Jogar vídeo game faz bem

Os games sempre foram taxados como uma coisa não muito positiva, alguns que jogam muito e são taxados como sedentários, e os jogos violentos que tem bastante fama por jogadores de todas as idades.

Realmente existe tudo isso, mas tudo em excesso faz mal, mas será que só tem os lados negativos?

Estudos com obesos apontam uma grande interferência de atividades sedentárias no seu dia-a-dia como, por exemplo, assistir televisões, jogar videogames, entre outros. Sentados e entediados, usam a desculpa de, todas as vezes que forem assistir televisão ou jogar, levam alguma guloseima para comer, tornando-se um vício. Este é um ponto negativo em bastante evidência.

Porém, de acordo com o estudo do Prof. Dr. Emílio Takase, da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, mostra que os videogames são eficazes, quando supervisionados, em inúmeros fatores, pois melhoram a cognição (que é o processamento de informações), concentração, atenção visual, habilidades de movimentos finos (mais delicados), habilidades emocionais, criatividade, entre outros.

O cérebro sofre mudanças neuronais progressivas nas terminações nervosas, quanto mais estimulados com exercícios cognitivos, enquanto a estrutura músculo-esquelética tem a capacidade de manter eutrófica (normal). Desta forma, temos que equilibrar atividades FÍSICAS (importantes para o condicionamento físico, interação social e torna o indivíduo ativo) e MENTAIS. Sempre, em conjunto, conseguirão resultados adequados no que diz respeito à manutenção da QUALIDADE DE VIDA e SAÚDE!

O videogame e dispositivos móveis tem um leque de jogos para estimular raciocínio, concentração e pensamento rápido. É claro, que precisa ser utilizado de forma BALANCEADA, com acompanhamento de um adulto e que não se torne um vício por repetição. Que seja apenas um meio de estimular a memória, de brincar, de aprender e de trazer o seu lado positivo.

Agora, falando em EXERCÍCIOS nos videogames (Nintendo Wii, Playstation, etc), para toda pessoa sedentária, sair da inatividade já é um lucro. Só que se faz necessário o cuidado com a forma de realização dos movimentos. Alguns movimentos inadequados quando repetidos podem causar lesões por esforço de repetição com danos futuros.

Sabendo disso não tem como dizer que só faz mal, tudo na vida tem que ser usufruído de maneira controlável e não causar problemas na vida pessoal, e bora jogar mesmo =)

A notícia vem do site Radar Online, afirmando que o Ashton Kutcher tenha traído sua mulher na noite da última sexta-feira (23).

O site afirmou que o Ashton tenha traido a sua mulher Demi Moore em uma casa noturna, em San Diego, nos Estados Unidos. E a fonte foi uma mulher que não quis ser identificada, com uma acusação dessas é melhor ficar no anonimato mesmo, ela confirmou a história e teria até contratado um advogado.

E seguindo as informações reveladas pelo site, o casal comemorou o aniversário de casamento no dia seguinte da suposta pulada de cerca do ator. “Ashton não estava parecendo alguém que estava comemorando aniversário de casamento”, comentou uma das fontes.

Se tudo isso é verdade ou não, a revista 'Star' foi bem mais longe que isso, fizeram uma publicação que sairá nas bancas na quinta feira, dia 29, e nela afirma que o casal já teria colocado um fim no relacionamento.

“Ashton e Demi se separaram e o casamento acabou”, disse uma das fontes da publicação.

Steve Tompkins, Chief of Foreign Affairs, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, said Sheriff Deptartment Markoff has died, apparently of suicide in the Nashua Street Jail. It 'was pronounced dead at 10:17, Tompkins said.A statement from the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said Markoff was alone in his cell and all evidence indicated that he took his own life. "A comprehensive investigation will be conducted to determine the facts and circumstances surrounding his death," the statement said. Markoff, 23, was facing a slew of charges stemming from the murder of masseuse Julissa Brisman, an aspiring drug counselor from New York City who was shot dead in her room at the Marriot Copley Place Hotel on April 14, 2009. Brisman had allegedly booked a "sexual release" massage appointment with the BU medical student that day. Four days earlier, Markoff allegedly bound and robbed a Las Vegas hooker at the Westin Hotel. And on April 16, 2009, police say he attacked and robbed an exotic dancer at a hotel room in Warwick, R.I. All three victims posted erotic advertisements on the online networking site Craigslist. Markoff was arrested on April 20, 2009, as he and his fiancée, Megan McAllister, were en route to Foxwoods Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, where they had reserved an $88 room for the night. Evidence linking Markoff to the crimes, including panties from his victims, plastic handcuffs used to bind them and a gun, were found beneath the bed Markoff shared with McAllister. A few days after his arrest - and his fiancee testified to his innocence - Markoff tried to kill himself in the Nashua Street Jail by pulling the strips of leather boat shoes to create a small loop that wrapped around a bar cell. Ele contou a jornal o que achou de ter sido escolhido pelo público para passar pela 'experiência': 'Não vai ser fácil'.

Para quem assisti o Pânico na TV está sabendo dessa história, ele foi escolhido pelo público do programa para poder engordar 16 kg e assim chegar ao peso aproximado do Zeca Camargo.

Sempre tem alguém do elenco do programa que se dá mal, por exemplo o Bola que é todo episódio se dando mal, e agora chegou a hora do vesgo encarar um desafio do programa que vai ser bastante difícil.

"Vou procurar uma orientação médica para me ajudar, porque não vou fazer tudo de qualquer jeito. Todo mundo tem sua vez e agora chegou a minha. O Bola sofre todo fim de semana, a Sabrina já teve que comer minhoca... É a vida", disse o Vesgo.

Ele também disse que não será fácil cumprir o desafio e muito mais abandonar os seus hábitos alimentares, "Confesso que ainda não mudei nada no meu cardápio. Almocei salada com frango. Acho que não vai ser tão fácil assim. Atualmente estou no meu maior peso, que é 88 Kg. E esse já é o meu limite"
